Taurus Full Moon for November 14, 2016--Fullness & Challenges

I'm not sure if I enjoy the Taurus New or Taurus Full Moon best. The moon is exalted in Taurus and brings a sense of abundance and fullness to our lives. However, every moon is different depending on other transits happening in the moon chart. So let's take a look at this month's Taurus Full Moon which lands on November 14, 2016.

Right off the bat, we have a Cardinal T-Cross with Jupiter in Libra opposing Uranus/Ceres in Aries and squaring Pluto in Capricorn. Granted, this is a wide T-Cross, but powerful with three outer planets involved, nonetheless. In this case, Pluto plays the role of the apex so a transformation is at stake. The type of transformation has to do with where transiting Pluto falls in your natal chart via the transit.

In this chart set for Seattle, Pluto and Mars transit in the Third House of Communication/Education/Thinking Patterns/Short Distance Travel. This has me wondering if some type of mass transportation or mass communication is triggered. Mars can represent boys and cars, as well as, sports or sporting event. Uranus and Ceres fall in the 6th House of the daily environment, health, and service. And Jupiter is falling in the 12th House of the hidden. I'll let you draw up a scenario with those themes.

However, I see possibly a large accident with traffic leading to a sporting event around this time. A health care crisis with emergency workers could also crop up and a hidden agenda with the justice system. And this is just the T-Cross landing on Seattle's coordinates for the Taurus Full Moon.

For individuals, we must look at where these planets transit in our natal charts. Something in our lives requires changing as it has reached its culmination point (full moon). These are areas of our lives where we have applied stubborn will and possibly selfishness as we cling to material goods or status. If we have done our work we can expect to experience abundance and prosperity but from  a take-it-or-leave-it standpoint.

So next up, look where the Taurus Moon and Scorpio Sun fall in your natal chart. For the Seattle chart, the Moon falls in the 7th House and the Sun in the 1st House, along with Mercury. This tells me that individuals want to dig deep into their own psychology and don't want to deal with the emotions of others. And they find other people's agendas selfish. The message is that if we choose to manifest our desires, it's an inside job and we can't look outside of us for help. This is a self-serving time and people want to engage in their senses.

This isn't a problem if we know that each of us has the power to manifest within us. So we set our intentions or harvest our intention from the Taurus New Moon from last spring. Then, and only then, do the right people flow into our lives at the right time. These are the right people to align with and manifest together. This could even represent people meeting soulmates because it's time to team up and work on a shared life mission that has something to do with the earth or agriculture.

This also brings up another message about big banks. It's time to pull your money from those banks and consider either smaller regional banks that haven't sold out. Or consider joining a credit union. The reason why I'm bringing this up is the Taurus Moon could rule banks and financial institutions as can Pluto in Capricorn which is locked into a Cardinal T-Cross. I've received red flags recently for my own bank which is now charging fees for just about everything. My credit card company is raising my interest rate four percent and I'm sure this is happening to just about everyone. A Taurus Full Moon can represent greed as much as it can enjoyment.

Fortunately, we have Uranus and Ceres stirring up the grassroots. And Jupiter in Libra stirring up the justice system as well as, balance in relationships of all kinds. This brings me to another point, and that is Jupiter in Libra is so far playing out in the arena of marriage. I've seen headlines about divorce courts and whatnot. I know of at least one Libra who is debating if she should divorce her husband or just remain legally separated. And I believe other Libras and Aries are experiencing similar situations. It's time to weigh the scales of personal and global justice.

Consider that you might have a soulmate that you won't meet unless you severe your current marriage. This doesn't mean that you vilify your partner. It just means that you cut legal ties and hit the open road metaphorically speaking. For many Libras and Aries people, you have ended chapters and it's time to welcome your new tribe into your life and your new life path. You do this by clearing the air and cutting cords, especially legal ones that curtail your freedom. You were born under signs that enjoy your freedom and social justice.

Now, the Full Taurus Moon bodes well for Virgo, Taurus, and Capricorn. It brings earthy and sensual experiences. This full moon asks you to get out in nature, garden if you're in a warm enough climate, hug trees, hike in the mountains, and take care of your health through physical exercise. I see detoxing in store for Virgo. I get a sense that Taurus people heal a longtime chronic illness through energy healing work. And Capricorn experiences a pleasant financial windfall.

The Water Signs, Cancer, Pisces, and Scorpio also benefit from this full moon which is exalted in Cancer. Cancer is it time to take care of any health concerns. You do this through a good swim, a long walk, or rest. It's also time to spend with your children if you happen to have any or your pets. Pisces find they have more stability in their lives during this full moon. And it is a good time to do practices that bring a sense of grounding such as yoga, dance, and breathing exercises. Try singing and dance too. Since this full moon opposes Scorpio, it's time to get in touch with your inner power and grounding that power into manifestation. Try to relax your stubborn will during this time.

Fire Signs Leo, Sagittarius, and Aries find the Taurus Full Moon slow and plodding. Sure, you enjoy indulging in food and drink, but you're not going to laze about like some of the other signs. Use this time to eat a healthier diet and find a form of exercise that excites you. Leo feels challenged by the moon because it squares Leo. Everyone seems selfish to you but how much of that is a projection, Leo? Sagittarius and Aries find the Taurus Moon irritating. They just launched new energy with the Aries Moon only to hit a standstill with the Taurus Moon. This will pass.

Air Signs Aquarius, Gemini, and Libra, since your minds are quicksilver you also don't enjoy the slowness of the Taurus Full Moon. You want to engage in lively conversations while everyone seems to lull and speaking in grunts instead of actual language. You want to invent, innovate, and get people moving in the right direction, but they're hung up on food and other sensual experiences. Use this moon to rest your nerves since Air Signs tend to suffer from nervous energy that can lead to disease. Take this time to get energy healing or a massage. I'd say take a long bath, but that will leave you feeling antsy.

Take the time to slow down, no matter what your sign. For many of us, this is a time of rapid manifestation which we must ground into physical reality. We use the moon's solid energy to manifest desires into concrete experiences. For some of you, this is a new home and for others, it's a new career or financial success after a long struggle. The only caveat is that Cardinal T-Cross which brings transformation through challenges.
